Luisa Turnip, S.H.

She is Managing Partner of Sigma Law Firm. In addition to leading the firm’s operations, she is also active in legal practice, representing businesses and individuals in corporate, commercial, and litigation matters.

Luisa assists clients through every stage of the corporate lifecycle begin from company’s establishment, helping founders navigate legal requirements, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, notarial processes, and regulatory compliance. Acting on behalf of clients throughout the incorporation process, she coordinates with notaries, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders while proactively monitoring progress to help ensure that registrations, approvals, and corporate formalities are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Beyond incorporation, Luisa advises businesses on their day-to-day legal affairs, including regulatory compliance, employment matters, commercial agreements, and legal risk management across business operations. When required, she also acts on behalf of clients in dealings with government authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, business partners, and other stakeholders.

While preventive legal strategies remain her primary focus, Luisa also represents clients in litigation when disputes become unavoidable. She has an extensive experience advocating for both corporate and individual clients, with the objective of protecting their interests and pursuing fair outcomes through the legal process.

In addition to his legal practice, Luisa actively contributes to the business community through educational programs and professional discussions organized by business associations and chambers of commerce. Through these engagements, she shares practical insights on corporate governance, compliance, risk management, and legal developments affecting businesses.

Luisa earned his Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from Universitas Terbuka, earn Diploma of Theology, studies at Institute Alkitab Rhema, and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
