He is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience advising domestic and international clients on a wide range of business and investment matters. A cum laude graduate of Bina Nusantara University, he began his legal career at ABNR law firm before joining Sigma Law Firm. His practice focuses on corporate establishment, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and commercial transactions. He regularly assists clients with due diligence, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, and day-to-day legal advisory services.
Rexy has particular experience in property and real estate transactions, including land-related due diligence and regulatory assessments, as well as advising businesses operating in regulated sectors such as financial technology. He also advises clients on intellectual property matters and employment-related issues, including industrial relations and dispute resolution.
